Clients are responsible for any deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or other charges not covered by their insurance plan.

If an insurance provider determines that a service is not covered or denies a claim, the client is responsible for any outstanding balance.

For insurance plans that Speechpath & Associates LLC does not accept, we are considered an out-of-network provider. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company. Upon request, we can provide a superbill detailing the services provided and applicable charges.
