Lead Therapist
Emily Imiolek, M.A., CCC-SLP
Emily Imiolek is the founder and owner of Speechpath & Associates LLC, published researcher, neurodiversity affirming speech-language pathologist, and adjunct professor at The College of New Jersey. Emily is a certified Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT Loud) clinician. This speech therapy model assists in treating voice, speech, and communication goals for clients with Parkinson's disease, neurological conditions, cerebral palsy, and Down syndrome. Emily has experience in private practice and pre-k through 12th grade public school setting. She graduated from The College of New Jersey with her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology & Audiology and minor in Deaf Studies. She earned her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Kean University.
Jenna Miele, M.A., CF-SLP
Jenna Miele is a Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology with experience working with children and adults with a wide variety of communication needs, including autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, receptive-expressive language delays, articulation disorders, memory and cognitive-communication deficits, voice disorders, and gender-affirming voice therapy needs. She also has experience supporting clients who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices.
Jenna received her Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Montclair State University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware, where she minored in Spanish. She has experience working in public and specialized school settings, as well as a decade of work with children in preschool and childcare settings. Jenna is passionate about providing individualized therapy that supports functional communication and confidence across everyday environments.


Ashley Muhando, M.A., CF-SLP
Ashley Muhando is a two-time graduate of Kean University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She currently works as an elementary school speech therapist and is excited to join the team at Speechpath & Associates. Ashley has experience working in the public school setting with a diverse population of students with varying communication needs. She has worked with students from Pre-K through 8th grade and is passionate about supporting the pediatric population through engaging, individualized, and compassionate therapy services.
Rebeca Figueiras, M.S., CF-SLP
​Rebeca Figueiras is a speech-language pathologist who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Marywood University. She has experience working in both early intervention and public school settings, supporting children across a range of communication needs. Rebeca is bilingual and values the ability to connect with and support diverse families in a more meaningful and accessible way. She is especially passionate about working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and is a strong advocate for the use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) to help children express themselves in functional and empowering ways. She believes in meeting each child where they are and supporting families throughout the communication journey.


Stacey Marfo
Front Desk Receptionist/Insurance Billing Coordinator
Stacey Marfo is the Front Desk Receptionist and Insurance Billing Coordinator at Speechpath & Associates. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every family that walks through the doors. With her degree in Healthcare Administration, Stacey manages scheduling, patient communication, insurance coordination, and administrative support to help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Known for her warm personality, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, Stacey enjoys helping families navigate the therapy process and making them feel comfortable from their very first interaction with the practice. She is dedicated to providing compassionate support while fostering a positive, professional environment at Speechpath & Associates.
